Por eso, para adherir a la Plataforma, las regiones deben adoptar el modelo de aprendizaje-servicio de IGCAT que requiere, antes de todo, la formaci\u00f3n de un grupo regional de entidades adheridas del sector p\u00fablico, privado, tercer sector y sector de la educaci\u00f3n. Este principio est\u00e1 representado por los cuatro dientes del tenedor del logotipo de las Regiones de Gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El IGCAT se cre\u00f3 para fomentar el <strong>di\u00e1logo intersectorial<\/strong> y, por eso, las entidades adheridas deben proceder como m\u00ednimo de los sectores de la cultura, la gastronom\u00eda, las artes y el turismo \u2013 cada vez m\u00e1s, nuestras regiones est\u00e1n colaborando con los sectores de la agricultura, la salud, las empresas y la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Al mantener reuniones peri\u00f3dicas con una gran variedad de entidades regionales, la regi\u00f3n puede hacer frente a sus retos mediante acciones que fomenten el <strong>desarrollo de capacidades<\/strong> a nivel local. Este enfoque ha tenido ya un enorme \u00e9xito en varias regiones.
