Executive Director of IGCAT Diane Dodd formed part of the panel of speakers which included Karel Bartak, Head of the Creative Europe unit at the European Commission and Anton Rombouts, Mayor of s&#8217;Hertogenbosch. The conference took place at the Town Hall, s&#8217;Hertogenbosch on 17 March 2016 within the context of the commemoration of the 500th anniversary of its&#8217; famous painters death. The Eurocities network set the conference to explore the frontiers of how events can become powerful strategic vehicles to stimulate economic, social and cultural regeneration.
