{"id":11804,"date":"2016-06-13T09:21:04","date_gmt":"2016-06-13T09:21:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/new.igcat.org\/?p=11804"},"modified":"2021-01-05T17:03:26","modified_gmt":"2021-01-05T16:03:26","slug":"university-of-bergamo-publishes-wine-food-arts-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test-oldwebsite.igcat.org\/es\/university-of-bergamo-publishes-wine-food-arts-report\/","title":{"rendered":"University of Bergamo publishes Wine, Food &#038; Arts Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The first italian Wine, Food &amp; Arts Report has been published, representing an important news in the field of Italian tourism research.<\/p>\n<p>The report identifies and values Italian initiatives that combine art and food by analysing their characteristics, peculiarities, motivations, results, sustainability, and whether or not they could be repeated.<br \/>\nWine, Food &amp; Arts Report, created thanks to the collaboration between University of Bergamo&#8217;s Center for Tourism Research\u00a0and Gavi\u2019s observatory, analysed 219 projects: 99 food and wine museums, 50 performative arts and events cultural productions, 34 installations of contemporary art, 18 cultural assets restorations, 11 labels and packaging created by artists and 7 cultural awards.<br \/>\nAccording to Roberta Garibaldi, leader of the research and IGCAT expert, \u201cThe main reason why people decide to undertake similar projects is their personal passion\u2026 a personal interest thus become a cultural reality that creates customer satisfaction and positive economic income.
