The event is aimed at uplifting the nutrition level of Sri Lankans as the public is moving away from a healthy diet, as a result of a competitive society. People are opting for fast food, especially school children.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">During the National Nutrition Month the public will be given information regarding food diversity and ways to cook food and preserve quality.
