The competition held last 6 November in Sant Pol de Mar, Barcelona, organised by <strong>IGCAT<\/strong> in collaboration with and hosted by the\u00a0University College for Hospitality and Culinary Arts <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/\">EUHT StPOL<\/a> has received press coverage in at least eight European countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Award aims to <strong>highlight regional food peculiarities<\/strong>, <strong>promote innovation through tradition<\/strong> and the use of <strong>local products<\/strong> as underlined by the Spanish mainstream newspaper\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/local\/maresme\/20171107\/432691262379\/euht-sant-pol-european-young-chef-award-aisling-rock.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/local\/maresme\/20171107\/432691262379\/euht-sant-pol-european-young-chef-award-aisling-rock.html&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1511889945833000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHP-toZoVXGf0aWjNImqjeQoQIB6A\">La Vanguardia<\/a>\u00a0which published the news both in its printed and online versions.
