{"id":2796,"date":"2012-04-12T18:12:41","date_gmt":"2012-04-12T18:12:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/art-idea.eu\/?p=77"},"modified":"2016-02-17T12:00:44","modified_gmt":"2016-02-17T12:00:44","slug":"exploratory-visit-to-fundacio-alicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test-oldwebsite.igcat.org\/es\/exploratory-visit-to-fundacio-alicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Exploratory visit to Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia."},"content":{"rendered":"<div>On the 29th March 2012, Diane Dodd from\u00a0<strong>ART<em>idea <\/em><\/strong>accompanied Valent\u00ed Sallas, Head of International Relations and Cristina Sanchis, \u00a0from the Department for Culture of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gencat.cat\/catalunya\/eng\/coneixer-cultura.htm\">Generalitat de Catalunya<\/a> (Autonomous Government of Catalonia), on a visit to the Fundaci\u00f3 Al\u00edcia.<\/div>\n<p>Fundac\u00edo Al\u00edcia (Ali-mentaci\u00f3 i ci\u00e8n-cia \/ Alimentation and Science), is a research centre devoted to technological innovation in cuisine, to the improvement of eating habits and to the evaluation of food and gastronomic heritage. For more information see the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alicia.cat\/en\/\">Alicia Foundation website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0The delegation was met by Eva Garcia Duran and Toni Massan\u00e9s, Director of the Foundation. The aim of the meeting was to explore the work that the foundation is doing and discover areas for collaboration in light of the work <strong>ART<em>idea<\/em><\/strong> is currently undertaking on gastronomy and tourism.
