It seeks to identify challenges, catalyze innovations, and promote projects that can transform the gastronomy tourism industry.<\/p>\n<p>Key facts of the competition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Theme:<\/strong>\u00a0Transforming Gastronomy Tourism through innovation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Categories<\/strong>: We are seeking innovative startups and SMEs that can submit applications falling under one of the following three categories: New Technologies, Local Impact, and Sustainability and Waste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Requirements<\/strong>: Startups focusing on technological solutions for gastronomic tourism, startups that have a significant positive effect on the local community, and startups dedicated to tackling issues related to sustainability and food waste management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Competition Timeline:\u00a0<\/strong>June 6, 2024, is the deadline for submitting applications. September 6, 2024: Finalist startups will be announced on the competition webpage.
