Celebrado en l\u00ednea, mostr\u00f3 los principales logros de las Regiones Mundiales de la Gastronom\u00eda premiadas y candidatas. Tambi\u00e9n aprob\u00f3 desarrollos estrat\u00e9gicos y dio la bienvenida a nuevos l\u00edderes.   <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de las regiones mundiales de la gastronom\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"1051\"><strong data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"732\">Aseer, Regi\u00f3n Mundial de la Gastronom\u00eda 2024<\/strong><br data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"735\">Aseer ocup\u00f3 un lugar destacado en un informe nacional sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vision2030.gov.sa\/en\">Visi\u00f3n Saudita 2030<\/a> de Arabia Saudita. El Rey lo reconoci\u00f3 como una iniciativa emblem\u00e1tica de la Comisi\u00f3n de Artes Culinarias. Como resultado, la regi\u00f3n se destac\u00f3 como l\u00edder cultural y gastron\u00f3mico. En reconocimiento a su contribuci\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldregionofgastronomy.org\/ambassador\/mayada-badr\/\">Mayada Badr<\/a> se convirti\u00f3 en embajadora honoraria de IGCAT.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1474\"><strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1099\">Catalu\u00f1a, Regi\u00f3n Mundial de la Gastronom\u00eda 2025<\/strong><br data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1102\">Catalu\u00f1a confirm\u00f3 que acoger\u00e1 la pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n de la Plataforma del 24 al 26 de septiembre. A esto le seguir\u00e1 una Cumbre Mundial de Gastronom\u00eda el 27 de septiembre. Durante la reuni\u00f3n, los miembros respaldaron oficialmente un Manifiesto que reconoce la comida como patrimonio cultural. El 1 de julio se lanzar\u00e1 una gran campa\u00f1a de comunicaci\u00f3n en toda Catalu\u00f1a, en la que participar\u00e1n chefs, panaderos, educadores y responsables pol\u00edticos.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1801\"><strong data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1519\">Manab\u00ed, Regi\u00f3n Mundial de la Gastronom\u00eda 2026<\/strong><br data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1522\">El 27 de junio de 2025, Manab\u00ed recibir\u00e1 oficialmente el premio en una ceremonia en Manta, Ecuador. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/patricio-tamariz-0637a1b\/?originalSubdomain=ec\">Patricio Tamariz<\/a> liderar\u00e1 la regi\u00f3n como Director Ejecutivo, apoyado por Imelda Mu\u00f1oz como Directora de Turismo. Adem\u00e1s, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldregionofgastronomy.org\/ambassador\/orazio-bellettini\/\">Orazio Bellettini<\/a> fue nombrado Embajador de IGCAT para la regi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"2099\"><strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1857\">Vanuatu, Regi\u00f3n Mundial Candidata de la Gastronom\u00eda 2027<\/strong><br data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1860\">Los miembros aprobaron por unanimidad el libro de ofertas final de Vanuatu.
