Despu\u00e9s de revisar el libro de ofertas:   <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/test-oldwebsite.igcat.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2028-Nordland_European-Region-of-Gastronomy-2028.pdf\"><span class=\"s10\">Nor<\/span><span class=\"s10\">d<\/span><span class=\"s10\">land<\/span><span class=\"s10\">: Seasons Under The Light<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s8\">, presentada el 17 de abril de 2025, el jurado visit\u00f3 la regi\u00f3n<\/span><span class=\"s8\"> desde <\/span> <span class=\"s8\">10-14 de noviembre de 2025. El objetivo de la visita era evaluar la idoneidad y preparaci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n para albergar el t\u00edtulo en 2028. El jurado preparar\u00e1 un informe completo con recomendaciones para apoyar el viaje de la regi\u00f3n.  <\/span><span class=\"s11\">  <\/span><span class=\"s8\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s8\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s8\">Durante la visita, el jurado se reuni\u00f3 con m\u00e1s de 50 partes interesadas de toda la regi\u00f3n, como productores de alimentos, autoridades locales, expertos en patrimonio, acad\u00e9micos, representantes empresariales, educadores y entidades no gubernamentales locales interesadas en el desarrollo y la protecci\u00f3n <\/span><span class=\"s8\">de la<\/span><span class=\"s8\">  cultura y contribuyentes a la candidatura de la regi\u00f3n.
