El evento ofreci\u00f3 una excelente plataforma de colaboraci\u00f3n entre regiones que preparaban o celebraban un t\u00edtulo de Regi\u00f3n de Gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte del programa, la Regi\u00f3n de Creta invit\u00f3 <strong>a Laura Ruana Pavon, <\/strong>representante de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldregionofgastronomy.org\/cpt-awarded-regions\/catalonia-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>la Regi\u00f3n Mundial de Gastronom\u00eda de Catalu\u00f1a 2025<\/strong><\/a>. Su contribuci\u00f3n aport\u00f3 perspectivas sobre iniciativas de innovaci\u00f3n exitosas relacionadas con la gastronom\u00eda y ayud\u00f3 a generar conversaciones m\u00e1s amplias sobre c\u00f3mo las regiones dentro de la plataforma pueden aprender unas de otras. <\/p>\n<p>En el stand de IGCAT, el trabajo de Catalu\u00f1a se mostr\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s a trav\u00e9s de v\u00eddeos que presentaban sus logros en innovaci\u00f3n alimentaria, proyectos culturales y esfuerzos de sostenibilidad. Esta exposici\u00f3n visual foment\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo entre visitantes y demostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo las regiones pueden utilizar la creatividad y la colaboraci\u00f3n intersectorial para abordar los desaf\u00edos compartidos. <\/p>\n<p>InnoDays 2025 ofreci\u00f3 una valiosa oportunidad para <strong>establecer contactos y compartir conocimientos<\/strong> entre instituciones p\u00fablicas, investigadores, emprendedores y partes interesadas.
