Este a\u00f1o, 20 restaurantes de las islas C\u00edcladas y Dodecaneso fueron reconocidos entre los mejores del pa\u00eds en los prestigiosos <b>premios \u00abChrysoi Skoufoi\u00bb<\/b> (Sombrero de Chef de Oro), organizados por <b><em>Athinorama<\/em>, la principal gu\u00eda gastron\u00f3mica de Grecia.<\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Un total <strong>de 14 restaurantes en el sur del Egeo recibieron un <i>Gorro de Oro<\/i><\/strong>, de un total de 45 premios otorgados a nivel nacional. Santorini destac\u00f3, llev\u00e1ndose la mitad de los 14 premios, confirmando su papel como destino culinario de primer nivel. Adem\u00e1s, seis restaurantes m\u00e1s fueron galardonados con la distinci\u00f3n Top Notch, otorgada a establecimientos que est\u00e1n justo por debajo del ranking del Sombrero de Oro. Entre ellos, un reci\u00e9n llegado de la peque\u00f1a isla de Symi refleja el crecimiento y la diversidad continuos de la escena gastron\u00f3mica de alta calidad de la regi\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia de entrega de premios tuvo lugar el lunes 9 de marzo en el Grand Hyatt Atenas, reuniendo cada a\u00f1o a la vanguardia de la gastronom\u00eda griega. El gobernador regional del Egeo Sur, <strong>George Hatzimarkos,<\/strong> asisti\u00f3 al evento y entreg\u00f3 premios, se\u00f1alando: <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"gmail_signature\" dir=\"ltr\" data-smartmail=\"gmail_signature\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p><em>\u00abNo es casualidad que cada a\u00f1o los restaurantes del sur del Egeo ocupen un lugar destacado en estos premios.
