Graduated in architecture, Simone Mattar is currently one of the authorities in Brazil in gastronomy and art (food design) and from the 9th of August on, she will present part of her work in an exhibition called \u201cComo Penso Como\u201d (a pun, meaning something like \u201cI think how I eat\u201d), at Sesc Pompeia, in the city of S\u00e3o Paulo.
