En engageant activement tous les acteurs impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de stage, le projet ON-IT vise \u00e0 les doter des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis de la <strong>transformation num\u00e9rique<\/strong> sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de fournir des conseils pour des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage en milieu de travail en ligne r\u00e9ussies, le projet ON-IT d\u00e9veloppera :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Une <strong>cartographie des pratiques existantes<\/strong> sur la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur ont r\u00e9agi \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mettre en \u0153uvre des dispositions relatives aux stages et aux stages \u00e0 distance ;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Un <strong>document d\u2019orientation<\/strong>, comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour organiser efficacement les stages et les stages en ligne ;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Des <strong>\u00e9tudes de cas de stage<\/strong> pour tester les lignes directrices et identifier les besoins d\u2019apprentissage pertinents\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Des ressources d\u2019apprentissage<\/strong> et des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage (webinaires, cours de courte dur\u00e9e) pour tous les groupes cibles concern\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c0 terme, le projet ON-IT contribuera \u00e0 : am\u00e9liorer l\u2019offre d\u2019apprentissage en milieu de travail des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur ; doter les \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur de comp\u00e9tences d\u2019employabilit\u00e9, notamment li\u00e9es au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ; accro\u00eetre l\u2019int\u00e9gration entre les organismes acad\u00e9miques et les services de soutien\u00a0; renforcer la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9grer le monde du travail dans les programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes ; promouvoir et harmoniser les politiques europ\u00e9ennes dans le domaine de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le projet ON-IT est cofinanc\u00e9 par le
