One of those is <strong>Heidi Bjerkan<\/strong>, head chef at Michelin star <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurantcredo.no\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Credo<\/a> in Trondheim. Bjerkan has got a close collaboration with local suppliers as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurantcredo.no\/en\/journal\/fannremsgarden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fannremsg\u00e5rden Farm<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurantcredo.no\/en\/journal\/skjolberg-sondre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Skj\u00f8lberg S\u00f8ndre<\/a> in Orkdal. They are all portrayed in the film, telling us about their close relationship to their products and the rough nature where it has been produced.<\/p>\n<p>One of four films in the series <em>Making Norway<\/em>, Making Norway Taste the Picture was selected by an <strong>international jury of IGCAT experts<\/strong> as the best short film on Environment and Food, as it put the spotlight on food-related environmental issues such as biodiversity preservation and local animal and plant varieties.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVery well done! Gives a flavour of nature, food, people and the beauty of Trondheim-Tr\u00f8ndelag. Created with knowledge, experience, emotion and love\u201d affirmed jury member <strong>Lidia Varbanova<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis film shows the power and influence of the soil, forests, sea, climate and light on the food of Trondheim-Tr\u00f8ndelag, and the impact of the harshness of its environment.
