L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement confirm\u00e9e lors de la <strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"495\">12e assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle et du 36e forum consultatif<\/strong> de l\u2019IGCAT, qui se sont tenus le 18 juin 2025, marquant une \u00e9tape importante pour la plateforme. <\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Le Cap Bon a accueilli mes anc\u00eatres siciliens au d\u00e9but du si\u00e8cle dernier, leur offrant quelques-unes des ann\u00e9es les plus difficiles et les plus joyeuses de leur vie. Aujourd\u2019hui, apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9cennie pass\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de cette r\u00e9gion, je sens que c\u2019est \u00e0 mon tour de redonner, d\u2019honorer la terre, la culture et la cuisine qui ont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 l\u2019enfance de ma m\u00e8re. Je suis fier d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la candidature du Cap Bon en tant que R\u00e9gion Mondiale de la Gastronomie et profond\u00e9ment encourag\u00e9 de voir les secteurs public et priv\u00e9 unir leurs forces, main dans la main, pour faire rayonner le Cap Bon sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale.<\/em>  a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mme Lamia Temimi, Co-fondatrice de Sawa Taste of Tunisia<\/p>\n<p>En tant que candidat, Cap Bon se r\u00e9jouit de collaborer avec la plateforme des r\u00e9gions du monde entier pour promouvoir des pratiques alimentaires durables, renforcer les \u00e9conomies locales et pr\u00e9server les identit\u00e9s culinaires par l\u2019innovation, l\u2019\u00e9ducation et le tourisme responsable.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019Autorit\u00e9 R\u00e9gionale du Tourisme de Nabeul-Hammamet est profond\u00e9ment honor\u00e9e par sa participation et la signature officielle du protocole de candidature pour le Cap Bon en tant que R\u00e9gion Mondiale de la Gastronomie 2028, d\u2019autant plus que le Gouvernorat de Nabeul offre un m\u00e9lange unique de tourisme culturel, d\u2019exp\u00e9riences baln\u00e9aires, d\u2019artisanat, et d\u2019une gastronomie riche &#8211; ce qui en fait l\u2019une des destinations les plus attrayantes de la Tunisie&nbsp;\u00bb,  a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <\/em>M. Wahid Ben Fraj, Commissaire r\u00e9gional au Tourisme \u00e0 Nabeul-Hammamet.<\/p>\n<p>Et la Pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019ATPNE (Association Tunisienne de la Protection de la Nature et de l\u2019Environnement) Mme Imen Rabah a ajout\u00e9 :<em> \u00ab Ce partenariat c\u00e9l\u00e8bre les traditions culinaires uniques, les riches paysages agricoles et le patrimoine culturel dynamique de Korba et de l\u2019ensemble de la p\u00e9ninsule.
