Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 le dossier d\u2019appel d\u2019offres :   <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/test-oldwebsite.igcat.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/2028-Nordland_European-Region-of-Gastronomy-2028.pdf\"><span class=\"s10\">Nor<\/span><span class=\"s10\">d<\/span><span class=\"s10\">land<\/span><span class=\"s10\">&nbsp;: Seasons Under The Light<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s8\">, soumis le 17 avril 2025, le jury a visit\u00e9 la r\u00e9gion<\/span><span class=\"s8\"> du <\/span> <span class=\"s8\">10-14 novembre 2025. L\u2019objectif de la visite \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9valuer la pertinence et la pr\u00e9paration de la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 accueillir le titre en 2028. Le jury pr\u00e9parera un rapport complet avec des recommandations pour soutenir le voyage de la r\u00e9gion.  <\/span><span class=\"s11\">  <\/span><span class=\"s8\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s8\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s8\">Au cours de la visite, le jury a rencontr\u00e9 plus de 50 parties prenantes de toute la r\u00e9gion, telles que des producteurs alimentaires, des autorit\u00e9s locales, des experts du patrimoine, des universitaires, des repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019entreprises, des \u00e9ducateurs et des entit\u00e9s non gouvernementales locales concern\u00e9es par le d\u00e9veloppement et la protection de l\u2019\u00e9nergie <\/span><span class=\"s8\"><\/span><span class=\"s8\">  la culture et les contributeurs \u00e0 la candidature de la r\u00e9gion. Le jury a eu le plaisir de faire connaissance avec autant d\u2019intervenants des secteurs public, priv\u00e9, tertiaire et universitaire et a salu\u00e9 les efforts de tous les intervenants de nombreux secteurs dans les strat\u00e9gies et les plans pour la r\u00e9gion. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s8\">Apr\u00e8s un programme de cinq jours<\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"s8\">, le jury a conclu que <\/span><span class=\"s8\">Nordland<\/span><span class=\"s8\"> a le potentiel de devenir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence mondiale en mati\u00e8re de gastronomie et recommande donc que <\/span><span class=\"s8\">Nordland<\/span><span class=\"s8\"> re\u00e7oive le titre pour 2028.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s14\"><strong><span class=\"s13\">Impressions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s14\"><span class=\"s9\">Le Dr<\/span><span class=\"s9\"> Diane Dodd, pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019IGCAT, a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 <\/span> le <span class=\"s15\"> conseil du comt\u00e9<\/span> de <span class=\"s15\">Nordland<\/span><span class=\"s9\"> et toutes les parties prenantes remarquables de la r\u00e9gion pour l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 exceptionnelle et les r\u00e9alisations impressionnantes d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans la production alimentaire et les exp\u00e9riences des visiteurs dans tout le <\/span><span class=\"s9\">Nordland<\/span><span class=\"s9\">, en particulier le <\/span><span class=\"s9\">projet<\/span> <span class=\"s15\">Food Region <\/span><span class=\"s15\">Nordland<\/span><span class=\"s9\"> (2025-2028)<\/span><span class=\"s9\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s9\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s9\">Elle a donn\u00e9 une mention importante \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe organisationnelle,  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">Par  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">Theodor  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">T\u00f8rrissen<\/span><span class=\"s15\">Katrine  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">W<\/span><span class=\"s15\">Je<\/span><span class=\"s15\">k<\/span><span class=\"s15\">e<\/span><span class=\"s15\">n<\/span><span class=\"s15\">  et  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">Guro<\/span><span class=\"s15\">  Marron<\/span><span class=\"s9\">  De  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">Comp\u00e9tence Norv\u00e8ge du Nord  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">Centre<\/span><span class=\"s15\">  pour l\u2019alimentation (NKMAT)<\/span><span class=\"s9\">  pour avoir constitu\u00e9 un dossier de candidature exceptionnel et constat\u00e9 que leur initiative  <\/span><span class=\"s15\">ArktiskMat<\/span><span class=\"s9\">  a d\u2019abord attir\u00e9 l\u2019IGCAT dans la r\u00e9gion, ce qui montre \u00e0 quel point l\u2019internalisation est importante pour ouvrir des opportunit\u00e9s.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s8\">La visite du jury avait pour but d\u2019\u00e9valuer <\/span><span class=\"s8\">les<\/span><span class=\"s8\">  pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 d\u00e9tenir le titre de R\u00e9gion europ\u00e9enne de la gastronomie 2028.
