La Carrera de Turismo y Hoteler\u00eda y Gastronom\u00eda de la ESPAM MFL (Escuela Superior Polit\u00e9cnica Agropecuaria de Manab\u00ed Manuel F\u00e9lix L\u00f3pez) l\u2019a invit\u00e9e \u00e0 intervenir dans le cadre mondial de <strong data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"935\">la Journ\u00e9e Terra Madre<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1000\"><strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1000\">Un rassemblement pour un \u00e9change alimentaire durable et culturel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les organisateurs ont d\u00e9crit l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement comme \u00ab una jornada acad\u00e9mica, cultural y comunitaria orientada al intercambio de saberes sobre alimentaci\u00f3n sostenible, identidad territorial, gastronom\u00eda, lenguas ancestrales e interculturalidad. \u00bb Des producteurs locaux, des entrepreneurs, des \u00e9tudiants universitaires et des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations de peuples autochtones se sont joints \u00e0 la rencontre. <\/p>\n<p>En raison de son fort engagement communautaire, le Dr Dodd a exprim\u00e9 sa gratitude et soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019un dialogue interculturel et de syst\u00e8mes alimentaires durables.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1557\"><strong data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1557\">Messages cl\u00e9s du Sommet mondial de la gastronomie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans son discours, le Dr Dodd a parl\u00e9 du travail de l\u2019IGCAT et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les messages cl\u00e9s du 1er Sommet mondial de la gastronomie, mettant en lumi\u00e8re les priorit\u00e9s mondiales identifi\u00e9es par les leaders culturels, universitaires et politiques internationaux. Elle a mis l\u2019accent sur les valeurs partag\u00e9es entre le Sommet et l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement Slow Food ESPAM MFL, notamment : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire et autonomiser les producteurs locaux ;<\/li>\n<li>valorisant la nourriture comme expression essentielle de l\u2019identit\u00e9 culturelle et du patrimoine territorial ;<\/li>\n<li>promouvoir la biodiversit\u00e9 et des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires durables et dirig\u00e9s par la communaut\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>soutenir les jeunes dans leur reprise des traditions culinaires ; et<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9server les connaissances, langues et traditions alimentaires ancestrales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1557\"><strong>Un appel \u00e0 la signature de la d\u00e9claration du Sommet mondial de la gastronomie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2625\">Le Dr Dodd a \u00e9galement invit\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 signer la <strong data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2442\">D\u00e9claration du Sommet mondial de la gastronomie sur l\u2019alimentation, au c\u0153ur de la politique culturelle et du bien-\u00eatre communautaire<\/strong>. Les \u00e9tudiants et visiteurs ont rencontr\u00e9 des experts, d\u00e9couvert des pratiques alimentaires durables et explor\u00e9 la <strong data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2994\">foire Slow Food ALMA Gastronomic and Productive<\/strong>, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e sp\u00e9cialement pour cette \u00e9dition. <\/p>\n<p>La participation du Dr Dodd a renforc\u00e9 la mission commune de promouvoir une gastronomie durable, l\u2019identit\u00e9 locale, le dialogue interculturel et le bien-\u00eatre communautaire.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1557\"><strong>En regardant vers l\u2019avenir de Manab\u00ed en tant que r\u00e9gion mondiale de la gastronomie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette rencontre a eu lieu juste avant que Manab\u00ed ne c\u00e9l\u00e8bre sa reconnaissance en tant que <strong data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3376\">R\u00e9gion mondiale de la gastronomie<\/strong>. Le Dr Dodd a exprim\u00e9 sa joie face \u00e0 l\u2019enthousiasme manifest\u00e9 par les jeunes tout au long de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.
