Cette r\u00e9ussite a \u00e9t\u00e9 encore mise en avant par <strong>Rosaria Grasso<\/strong>, qui a fi\u00e8rement remport\u00e9 <strong>le troisi\u00e8me prix<\/strong>, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi le r\u00f4le de la <span class=\"il\">Sicile<\/span> comme berceau de l\u2019excellence gastronomique future. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>En 2025, l\u2019\u00eele a \u00e9galement accueilli plus <strong>de 40 experts internationaux<\/strong> pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/test-oldwebsite.igcat.org\/fr\/succes-de-la-29e-rencontre-de-la-plateforme-des-regions-du-monde-de-la-gastronomie-en-sicile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>29e r\u00e9union de la plateforme des r\u00e9gions mondiales de gastronomie<\/strong>,<\/a> offrant trois jours d\u2019\u00e9changes approfondis, de partage de bonnes pratiques et de visites immersives sur le terrain \u00e0 travers le territoire.
